Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

• Custom or bulk orders may require additional time; we’ll notify you if delays occur.

Shipping Methods

• We primarily ship via USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days).

• Expedited options (Priority Mail, Express) are available at checkout for faster delivery.

• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

 Shipping Rates

• Flat Rate Standard Shipping: $6.95 per order.

• Free Shipping: Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.

• Expedited shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

 Delivery Areas*

• We ship to all 50 U.S. states, territories, and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

• At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

 Delays & Issues

• KC Custom Engraving is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.

• If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

 Customer Responsibility

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

• Customers are responsible for any re-shipping fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
