Returns and Refunds Policy

At KC Custom Engraving & 3D Printing, each item is made with care and personalized to your specifications. Because of the custom nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.
Custom & Personalized Items
All sales are final for personalized or custom-made products.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items with customer-provided text, designs, or specifications unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue.
After review, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Shipping Issues
KC Custom Engraving is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.
If a package is lost in transit, we will work with USPS to resolve the issue.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
Non-Custom Items
For non-custom items (such as blank supplies or general merchandise), returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
